    I was excited to receive my glasses, but was a bit disappointed with the coloring of the tortoise. The frame is a matte finish, which I love. The yellowish portion of the tortoise, is more prominent in the photo than in-hand. They appear to be dark brown. You have to be close to see the colors.

    It took me a moment to adjust to the new frames because they are bigger than I'm used to (but the smallest I could find now). I really like them. They are a good fit for my face and style. They are a little loose so I wonder if I can get them adjusted, but overall they are a good quality.

    I have a high prescription and the frames are very thin. I bought the highest available lens upgrade on this website and was surprised to see that the lens fit perfectly inside the frames without any part of it hanging out. Only complaint is that the frame is very tight on the side of the head.
